Full-Time Senior Project Manager

• Responsible for game area roadmap, milestone schedule, and game results as led by the project director
• Drive game development process and tool improvement within the game area in partnership with peers
• Analyze and escalate risk with experts to collaboratively assess urgency/importance, develop options, and ensure resolution
• Reliably communicate updates and changes in the game area to the development team
• Ensure scheduled deliverables are completed as expected within milestone and project phase objectives
• Maintain awareness of game content status and quality levels as part of the delivery strategy
• Consistently demonstrate Insomniac’s cultural leadership values, including collaborative relationships across the studio
• Other duties may be assigned

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of bug tracking database(s) - DevTrack, Jira, TFS, or other industry standard
• Working knowledge of version control software (Perforce preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships with other departments as well as external contractors
