Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects and drive cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing industries. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Project Planning and Leadership: Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Lead multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients. Manage relationships with internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and strategic partners. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and key milestones.
3. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve high-impact issues promptly.
4. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Provide guidance to junior project managers or coordinators.
5. Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Oversee the integration of Pulse iD's analytics tools. Present detailed project progress reports and insights.
6. Process Optimization and Innovation: Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO frameworks. Stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong project management tools proficiency: JIRA, Trello, MS Project.
• Understanding of APIs, loyalty platforms, marketing initiatives, and merchant integrations.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Managing enterprise-grade loyalty programs.
• Leading cross-border rewards programs and affiliate partnerships.
• Experience with analytics dashboards, campaign management platforms, or merchant integrations.
