Our team seeks a results-driven, customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a rapidly expanding product offering.
You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget and timelines, aligning project objectives with organizational goals while maintaining high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, fostering team development, and supporting continuous learning and growth.
You will collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional results.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to drive successful implementation of strategic client projects.
- Manage and deliver multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
First 90 Days:
- First 30 Days: Attend Orientation, learn about Unanet University, shadow calls, understand internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, Confluence, Unanet), and develop a detailed training plan.
- First 60 Days: Continue shadowing, complete training plan, attend all training, enter project plan updates/forecasts, maintain project plans/status reports, manage budget and forecast, complete change orders, and achieve 10% billable utilization.
- First 90 Days: Continue shadowing, lead/manage client implementations (kick-off calls, updates, scheduling, forecasting, close-out), own change/scope management, manage budget/forecasting, own project communications, and achieve 25% billable utilization.
