Full-Time Senior Project Manager (Customer Success) - Remote

This high-impact role will work directly with customer executives and their teams, and have significant interaction with software partners, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Project Management.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our customer implementations from start to finish.

• Developing and executing large complex projects from start to finish
• Communicating in a way that is clear and motivates teams to perform their best
• Effectively translate requirements, timelines, risks and escalations between Engineers, Sales teams, and Customers
• Managing the team in meeting implementation goals on time
• Leading external and internal stakeholder meetings
• Identifying external or internal risks, and driving mitigation plans to project completion
• Adjusting the plan due to changes in scope and/or schedule
