Full-Time Senior Project Manager - ERP

The Senior Project Manager leads the implementation of Unit4 software solutions into customer environments, orchestrating successful project deliveries. They are expected to guide projects to completion, meeting agreed deadlines, budget constraints, customer needs, and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures project plan and deliverables match the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Collaborates with project team members (architect, consultant, global teams) to create a project plan and work breakdown structure (WBS) consistent with Unit4 best practices.
• Leads and manages project team members using Unit4 and industry best practices.
• Handles out-of-scope requests, collaborating with the customer and Unit4 account team to scope and cost additional opportunities.
• Prevents work outside contracted scope without proper change order documentation.
• Maintains a weekly project schedule, identifying and updating risks, issues, tasks, and dependencies. Tracks progress against the project initiation document and SOW baseline.
• Collaborates with the Unit4 resource management team to staff each project effectively.
• Maintains accurate weekly revenue and cost forecasts.
• Communicates project status to stakeholders (Unit4 PMO, customer account teams) accurately and promptly, escalating risks/issues appropriately.
• Maintains and archives all key project documents.
• Stays updated on latest trends and best practices in IT Project Management.
• Shares experience-based knowledge and resources with peers within Unit4.
• Adheres to company policies (time, expenses, code of conduct, ethics, security, training).
• Identifies customer knowledge gaps and opportunities for Unit4 product/service enhancements.
