Full-Time Senior Project Manager, Federal

AECOM seeks a Senior Project Manager in Southern California (Los Angeles, CA; Orange, CA; San Diego, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Murray, Utah or Albuqureque. NM).

Responsibilities:

• Mentoring and guiding the Federal design team.
• Leading design development and review.
• Client communication, consultant coordination, and contract administration.
• Project responsibility in the Federal market sector.
• Managing projects across all phases.
• Technical expertise in healthcare or large campus programs/projects.
• Working with project partners internally and externally.
• Resolving technical matters on projects, consulting with Technical Leadership on complex building code issues if needed.
• Leading a team of Architects and/or designers.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS in Architecture or Engineering + 6 years experience or equivalent.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer.
• U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 12 years of experience, with federal programs.
• Experience with USACE.
• Federal government project management (DOD, VA, GSA, etc.).
• Familiarity with UFC’s, ETL’s, AFMAN’s, and AFI’s.
• PMP, DBIA, or LEEP AP credentialing.
• Developing scope, fee, and terms for proposals and change orders.
• Implementing design quality assurance and control.
• Working with senior management and technical staff.
• US professional registration.
• USACE CQM certification or equivalent.
• Industry certifications (CCM or PMPH).
• Security clearance.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Proven organizational skills and client satisfaction.
