Full-Time Senior Project Manager - Financial Systems

Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing risks, stakeholders, and resources effectively.Must have financial systems experience and insurance sector would be beneficial

1. Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources.
2. Project Execution: Manage the project team and ensure all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stays on track and within budget.
4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, core team members, and extended project team to ensure project goals are met.
5. Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.
6. Resource Management: Manage project resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively and efficiently.
7. Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and processes are followed consistently.
8. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
9. Project Closure: Ensure all project deliverables are completed and the project is closed out timely and efficiently.

• Experience Required:
• 5-10 years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing Finance system projects
• Minimum 5 full Project Life Cycles (preferably with MNCs)
• Experience with Waterfall and AGILE methodologies
• Expertise in Project Planning Management tools
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team
• Good time management skills
• Problem-solving skills, creative thinking, identification of potential solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, independently and proactively

Salary up to $75 per hour
