Your Mission
- Responsible for the realisation of complex customised solutions.
- Organise the project kick-off.
- Develop project plans, establish milestones and monitor execution.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently.
- Control and monitor budget compliance and ensure correct invoicing.
- Ensure high quality standards of project deliverables.
- Monitor deadlines and anticipate changes.
- Manage potential risks.
- Ensure transparent stakeholder management.
- Organize and lead meetings and secure reporting.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience as Project Manager
- Experience in intralogistics is a strong asset
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, communicative, autonomous and structured
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK)
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
- Willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
