Opportunity: This opportunity is within the EVERSANA Deployment Solutions business unit, partnering with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies for better solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Deployment Solutions Project Management team.
- Conduct Project Manager performance reviews and coaching.
- Manage departmental workload and project assignments.
- Act as operational liaison, developing and maintaining client, internal team, and vendor relationships (e.g., National Business Director, Operations Director, VP of Sales).
- Ensure operational support meets business and client needs, requiring constant communication on issues/resolutions and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal business units, departments, and external vendors for project tasks and deliverables.
- Assist the Project Management team with project timelines for Field Solutions implementation and ad hoc projects.
- Identify areas for process development and efficiency.
- Handle operational questions from the Project Management team, internal team members, and external clients.
- Research and determine best business practices utilizing company resources.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of administrative and technical operational support.
- Adhere to departmental processes, tools, and technology.
- Potentially hire, train, and assign project responsibilities to new Project Managers.
- Provide guidance for Project Manager career growth and skills development.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
People Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee the department.
- Interview, select, and supervise department staff.
- Communicate, interpret, and discuss company policies and procedures with the team.
- Determine job objectives, work methods, and performance standards.
- Review performance, conduct performance discussions and appraisals with employees.
- Authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project)
- Strong aptitude for technology and automated systems
- Fundamental understanding of project management principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience in life sciences
- Experience managing or supporting outsourced service providers
- Background in operations management, account management, or project management
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, reporting, and analytics
- Familiarity with supporting technologies (expense management, learning management systems)
