Full-Time Senior Project Manager, M&A/Technical Diligence Services

About The Role & TeamWe seek a Senior Project Manager for our M&A/Technical Diligence group. Reporting to the Director, this individual will join a team of 18 folks committed to impacting the future of the renewable energy industry.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and own client engagements from early development-phase project M&A to construction-phase acquisitions and technical diligence, reporting to the Director.
• Collaborate in financing renewable energy projects through management of M&A processes (risk assessment, contracting, legal review, due diligence, feasibility).
• Develop client engagement scopes of work for proposal generation (costing, scheduling).
• Serve as Euclid’s primary client contact and own engagement delivery.
• Collaborate with the Product team, acting as a subject matter expert in renewable energy M&A and Technical Diligence.
• Support overall company and project functions (statuses, P&L tracking).
• Work with the Director, PMO, and broader team on process and tool refinement.
• Support technical and financial analysis of solar PV and energy storage projects.
• Oversee high-profile engagements, mentor analysts, and report to the Director.
• Coordinate with Product on service offerings and new service offerings.
• Aid in developing department processes and overall standards.
• Collaborate on strategy for continuous innovation and service refinement.
• Influence design and architecture of new products and tools.
• Support hiring and build-out of the M&A/Technical Diligence team.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in renewable energy M&A, diligence, development, finance, engineering, or construction (or comparable experience).
• Experience developing, diligence, and financing multiple C&I and/or utility-scale PV, PV+storage, or standalone storage projects.
• Managing sub-consultants, vendors, third-party firms.
• Strong technical acumen and grasp of project development/finance best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, reports, warranties, surveys, plans, permits.
• Full knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle.
• Understanding of project and operations management, and customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or related fields.
• PMP - preferred, but not required
• PE - preferred, but not required

Compensation

The starting base salary is between $153,000 and $180,000 with an equity award. The actual salary and equity depend on factors such as experience and skills. The salary range is subject to change.
