Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic build of technology-enabled capabilities (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Veeva).
- Clinical patient journey orchestration providing insights (60% allocation).
- Setup Oracle ERP for stock procurement, inspection, accounts payable, sales orders.
- Demand upload and planning, manufacturing (40% allocation).
- Close collaboration with business partners, IT solution owners.
- Manage build and launch of capabilities following BRT PM & SDLC practices.
- Execute strategic projects, engaging internal SMEs (IT, business).
- Collaborate with SI partners, technology providers.
- Develop weekly/monthly status reports, project steering meetings.
- Author/maintain project documents.
- Build high-performing project teams.
- Work with IT governance & Program Management IT LT.
- Contribute to continual improvement.
Requirements:
- 15+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong experience with Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills, articulation of complex situations.
- Engaging personality, strong grasp of clinical development.
- Proven excellence in driving SDLC projects.
- GxP experience preferred.
- Salesforce, Oracle ERP experience preferred.
