Full-Time Senior Project Manager (Quantitative Remote)

The Senior Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection, from initiation to completion. This includes:

• Managing project budgets.
• Communicating project progress to the client.
• Troubleshooting and solving issues to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring profiles and health standards are met.
• Coordinating daily activities and resolving/recording issues that may jeopardize project timelines.
• Reviewing project documentation with the manager to identify potential issues.
• Providing recommendations to client services and negotiating revised quotes.
• Managing internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams.
• Working with clients to review and modify project materials and schedules.
• Providing frequent updates to the client on project status.
• Recommending strategies to maximize sample size.
• Ensuring timely project completion and incentive payments.
• Delivering financial metrics to the finance team for billing and invoicing.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Research (preferred).
• Experience in Healthcare data collections (preferred).
• Proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Working UK hours.
