Make strategic decisions to ensure project outcomes align with our goals.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles by being the voice of reason and collaborating with the team to make tough decisions.
Develop and implement strategic project plans that find and address risks to ensure project success.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure agreement on organizational goals and build relationships with partners to guide project success.
Lead teams to ensure agreement across all departments for managed projects.
Develop junior project managers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, integrating solutions into project management practices.
Exercise autonomy in decision-making, removing obstacles and solving complex problems.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices, looking for ways to improve productivity and team outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years' experience managing web and mobile app development projects, in the direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or FinTech sectors.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience promoting agreement and accountability across teams.
Experience with the Product Operating Model
Advanced knowledge or certification in Agile frameworks, risk management, or a related project management specialty.
Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
