Full-Time Senior Proposal Manager - IT Professional Services

As a Senior Proposal Manager for Resultant, you’ll support our efforts to deliver best-in-class proposals to US state, local, federal, and education entities. Your responsibilities include working with members of the Public Sector Sales, Delivery and Shared Services to develop a team of proposal managers and support staff who can develop winning, innovative proposals including written responses for RFIs/RFTs/RFPs (RFx); oral presentations and demonstrations; and unsolicited documents and white papers. You will work on a collaborative team that helps support the entire organization for Public Sector Sales Enablement. Key activities include developing processes and support structures for proposal managers and support teams who are able to execute the response process efficiently and with fidelity, provide quality assurance for public sector responses, oversee the pursuit process for the public sector sales, support sales teams with non RFIs/RFTs/RFPs (RFx) activities such as presentations and crafting scopes of work. Response Manager is expected to become an expert in Resultant services and processes, over time.
