Job Description
Business Development: Present innovative work systems to clients/consultants to showcase company improvements. Build relationships with team members.
Project Role (BIM Development): Lead detailed BIM model creation and management for public health projects, adhering to specifications and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for model integration. Ensure model coordination and clash detection to prevent construction conflicts. Comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and public health facility regulations.
Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables. Conduct quality checks to guarantee model accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Company Role: Provide training and support to junior modelers on BIM best practices and software usage. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, models, and project information. Stay current with BIM technologies and recommend enhancements.
QHSE Responsibilities: Understand, implement, and follow QHSE policies. Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures. Comply with local regulations. Report QHSE incidents immediately.
Minimum Requirements: 7-8 years' experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering. Expert in Revit & Navisworks. Experience in Engineering consultancy companies in the PH discipline. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/PH Engineering and BIM Management. Experience in Middle East projects preferred.
