The Senior Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection, from initiation to completion. This includes managing project budgets, communicating project progress to the client, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure deadlines are met, and profiles/health standards are maintained throughout the process.
Manage day-to-day project activities, resolving, recording, and reporting any issues that could impact timely and cost-effective project completion. Review all project documentation, identify potential issues affecting timelines, budgets, or gross margins, and provide recommendations to client services for revised quotes if necessary.
Manage internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to finalize requirements, timelines, and schedules. Work directly with the client to review and modify project materials and schedules.
Provide consistent project status updates to the client during the fieldwork process via email or phone. Provide recommendations to the panel team to maximize sample size in the field.
Ensure project completion on time and timely incentive payments to panelists. Provide necessary financial metrics to the Finance team for billing and invoicing, and deliver the final bill to the client.
Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field. 3+ years of experience in Marketing Research preferred. Experience in Healthcare data collections preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel and Word skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.
