We are seeking a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the healthcare talent market, ideally within the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering (AEI) industry. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

Full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior-level positions, mainly in Rochester, MN.

Responsibilities include:

• Full-cycle recruitment (handling pre-screening, phone screens, and scheduling interviews).
• Advanced stakeholder management and strong business acumen to work closely with hiring teams and candidates.
• Building and managing your pipeline (active sourcing).
• Conducting background checks on potential candidates.
• Leveraging applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse ATS) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience.
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Ensuring excellent candidate experience from application to offer.
• Developing relationships with the recruiting team and communicating updates and addressing issues.
• Working on recruitment-related projects, gathering metrics, and helping prepare reports.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment.
• Experience in the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering (AEI) industry.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods.
• Strong work ethic and self-accountability.

Compensation: $71,000 - $90,000 annually.
