Full-Time Senior Resource Manager

• Capacity Planning & Forecasting: Own the resourcing model, aligned to pipeline and bookings; partnering with Services Sales and PMO to optimize the allocation and utilization of resources.
• Stakeholder Interlock: Collaborate with Technical Services Leaders, Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on business model, resource management strategies and address resource-related issues.
• Resource Optimization: Development and implement solutions focused on planning, forecasting resources needs and monitoring resources utilization to ensure the accuracy of resource availability.
• Vendor Management: Manage the JAPAC Technical Services Vendors by putting in place governance structures to track vendor performance and onboarding process of new suppliers.
• RMO Governance: responsible for providing stakeholders with analytics and business insights that support leaders in making quick business decisions. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Skills Inventory Management: responsible for ensuring skills are maintained and updated in the PSA tool.
• Process Improvements: continuously assess and provide recommendations for improvement to resource management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
