About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 7 years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of CRM, implementing solutions from business stakeholders to drive automation and ensure same-day resolution of high-priority cases. This role necessitates deep Salesforce development expertise alongside strong functional alignment and program delivery capabilities.

1. Salesforce Development & Architecture
   • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom modules.
   • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations using APIs and middleware.
   • Collaborate on Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Serve as a senior technical liaison between CRM leadership and teams in Services, Sales, Operations, and Data.
   • Participate in governance, sprint planning, and program review sessions to ensure cross-team alignment and timely execution.
3. Release Management & Quality Assurance
   • Own CI/CD pipelines and version control practices for Salesforce deployments.
   • Ensure all changes pass through proper testing, validation, and approval gates following agile and DevOps best practices.
4. Data & Performance Management
   • Implement data integrity controls and improve CRM data models to support reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
   • Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports that measure program KPIs and SLA adherence.
5. Mentorship & Documentation
   • Provide mentorship to junior developers and admins.
   • Lead the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities and custom development approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in driving high-priority programs in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management processes.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a bias for execution and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in matrixed or global enterprise environments (e.g., MNCs).
• Familiarity with tools such as DevOps platforms.
