Full-Time Senior Salesforce Project Manager and Business Analyst

What you will do:

• Extensive Salesforce CRM expertise with deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, and best practices including experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Leads and manages Salesforce and related projects scope and objectives using Agile development processes
• Collaborates with Partners and Internal to predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Tracks project costs in order to meet budget
• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals
• Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including ability to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle
• Strong ability to build comprehensive training materials to support implemented Salesforce solutions ensuring end-users are well-equipped to utilize new features and processes effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce CRM: 5+ years
• Salesforce Service Cloud: 3+ years
• Business Process Analysis: 5+ years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud: 3+ years
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 3+ years
