Full-Time Senior Scheduler - Life Sciences Construction

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our project controls team on a large-scale project. Proven track record of delivering construction project control services is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Ensure schedule data accuracy and credibility.
• Liaise with clients and consultants throughout all project phases.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
• Develop, monitor, and update the project's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish schedule management programs and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
• Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.
• Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS.
• Assess impacts to critical path and near-critical activities, reporting to the project team.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances, developing corrective action methods.
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
• Regularly review schedules with team members for accurate and timely data.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analyses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience working on teams in complex matrix environments.
• Primavera P6 expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
