Full-Time Senior Scientist - Mathematical & Physics Signals Modeling

About Your Role:

• Develop and refine mathematical models for complex physical systems targeting personalized medicine.
• Work closely with experimental teams, translating theoretical predictions into testable hypotheses and guiding data collection/analysis.
• Apply analytical and computational techniques, including simulations and numerical modeling, to study physical phenomena.
• Utilize statistical physics, quantum mechanics, and applied mathematics to extract meaningful insights from experimental data.
• Assist in analysing and interpreting experimental data.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physics, computational modeling, and advances in spectroscopy for clinical applications.
• Communicate findings effectively across disciplines.
• Contribute to research publications, patents, and presentations at leading conferences.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in theoretical and computational physics or applied mathematics.
• Proven experience working at the interface of theory and experiment.
• Proficiency in numerical modeling, simulations, and data analysis using Python, Julia, or similar tools.
• Ability to develop and implement physical models, differential equations, and computational frameworks to solve complex problems.
• Experience with data-driven approaches, signal processing, or machine learning is a plus.
• A deep curiosity for solving interdisciplinary challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of scientific publications.
• PhD or Msc in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Theoretical Physics, Physical Chemistry, Mathematics, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in academia or industry, working on modelling and simulations with experimental applications.
• Experience in developing theories/models that have been tested in experimental setups.
• Previous collaboration with experimental physicists, engineers, or applied scientists.
