As Service Delivery Manager, you'll manage large and complex IT Outsourcing Agreements daily. Your main objective is to safeguard contractual agreements, aligning with various internal and external departments.
You'll also play a key role in identifying/creating new opportunities for your customer and driving internal improvements, acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strong SLA & KPI results by coordinating with Operations Teams and providing reports.
- Regularly meet with customers to review performance, propose improvements, and explore new opportunities.
- Monitor budgets and margins, reporting accurately and ensuring proper invoicing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architect, and Project Manager to initiate, propose, and defend new initiatives to customers and internal management, involving relevant stakeholders.
Required Profile:
Strong communication skills are essential for effective dialogue with people from diverse backgrounds and all levels of an organization, balancing human and digital communication in Dutch, English, and French.
You need strong skills in challenging, convincing, motivating others, and networking.
Colleagues describe you as a driven, enthusiastic team member with excellent time management and organizational skills, comfortable with tight deadlines and capable of prioritizing tasks independently while making decisions within your responsibilities.
Requires Master's Degree thinking level, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and applications.
ITIL Intermediate (v4) or Service Manager (v2) certificate is preferred, and a strong understanding of the ICT industry is essential.
