Daily responsibilities: Manage multiple project financials and deliveries, team performance, client and stakeholder relationships.
- Leading teams: Achieving financial, growth, and delivery targets.
- Coaching team leaders: Providing guidance and support on activities and responsibilities.
- Performance feedback: Providing regular feedback to improve team performance and productivity.
- Project support & integration: Supporting and guiding projects, aligning with account goals.
- Planning & control: Plan, monitor, and control delivery activities based on account needs.
- Status reports: Preparing accurate account status reports.
- Project execution: Ensuring projects are executed consistently with company standards.
- Financial management: Integrating financial data from top accounts, maximizing project revenue and margin.
- Stakeholder communication: Frequent interaction with stakeholders, providing CSDO with key information.
- Business planning: Building yearly business plans with clients and CSDO.
- Risk/opportunity assessment: Identifying and assessing risks/opportunities to proactively address them.
- Internal program support: Supporting internal program implementation and adoption.
- Internal communication: Managing internal projects across departments, communicating with leadership.
- Future technology identification: Anticipating and planning for emerging client technologies and market disruptions.
- Client needs analysis: Understanding client technical challenges and aligning to create marketing and sales initiatives.
- Team skill building: Assessing team technical skills and building action plans for improvement.
- Team building: Organizing team-building activities.
- Time tracking: Accurately recording and monitoring work hours using designated time-tracking system.
- Content creation: Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; U.S. visa required for occasional travel; strong experience with North American clients and delivery projects; 10+ years of software/system delivery experience, 4+ years project/team management, 3+ years staff augmentation management, 5+ years as software/system team lead/developer; experience with .NET, React, Oracle, C++, Go, Rust, Node, Kubernetes, CNCF projects; 3+ years with .NET, Microsoft technologies, containers/orchestration technologies, release management, CI/CD; Proficiency in Jira, Aha!, SharePoint, Git, GitHub, GitLab.
