Full-Time Senior Site Reliability Engineer

At Docplanner, we build software that improves user experience. Our Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) are crucial in ensuring fast performance and reliability.

Objectives:

• Operate production environments, monitoring availability and system health.
• Measure and optimize system performance.
• Improve reliability and time-to-market of software solutions.
• Provide operational support for large-scale applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure system reliability and availability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Define and maintain SLOs/SLIs to measure service quality.
• Continuously improve performance and optimize infrastructure costs.
• Collaborate with developers to build scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• Monitoring and observability experience (e.g., Datadog, OTEL, Prometheus)
• Strong investigative skills for troubleshooting complex issues
• .NET experience
• AWS experience
• Kubernetes experience (deployment, management, troubleshooting, containers, Helm, scaling)
• Proactive problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills
• (Nice to have): Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.g., Python, Go), incident management, service-level objectives, microservices architecture.
