Our Business Insights team is seeking a DevOps to enhance internal procedures and scale delivery capabilities. The focus is on embracing NoOps thinking and contributing knowledge in areas such as delivery, automation, and remediation.

Responsibilities include:
- Translate manual tasks into automated processes based on production insights.
- Address capacity planning challenges, focusing on cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate product release/rollouts and improve existing processes.
- Automate monitoring and alerting to boost infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in investigating and resolving production incidents.
- Leverage the Dynatrace/Business Insights platform and share knowledge with analysts.
- Support data scientists in gaining better insights.
- Maintain and enhance current solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience with AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
- High proficiency in English (Dynatrace's working language).
Desired Requirements:
- Experience with Data and MLOps
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and customer support skills
- Interest in working on high-scale systems
- Experience with Dynatrace (or competitors)
- Python fluency
- Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Expectation: All Insights team members are expected to travel at least 1-2 times annually for team meetings and events.
