We're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure team within the Platform Domain. This role is fully remote and requires a strong cultural fit with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale application deployments in the cloud.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Public cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Kubernetes cluster debugging.

Team and Culture:

Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Software or Systems Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience as a Cloud SRE.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel to Barcelona once per quarter (max half-day travel).
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Understanding and applying a user-centric mindset.
Compensation:
Gross annual salary: 60,500€ (55,000€ base + 5,500€ variable).
Onboarding:
- 2-week onboarding period including product & team familiarization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Product-centric engineering, owning big initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with the team to set goals and plan a quarterly roadmap.
- Reviewing code and receiving feedback.
- Sharing knowledge through RFCs, pairing, mentoring, and tech all hands.
