Full-Time Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll join an infrastructure team passionate about solving real-world problems and promoting individual growth.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Architecting and implementing systems impacting customers directly.
• Delivering value from conception to release.
• Collaborating with customers and partners on large-scale technical projects.
• Facilitating personal and team growth through mentoring and supporting other engineers.
• Creating a healthy and productive work culture that prioritizes resilient systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial Software Development/Site Reliability/DevOps experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with scripted and compiled languages.
• Proven ability to empower engineers and maintain infrastructure as code.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Expertise in monitoring, log management, and CI/CD for distributed systems.
• Familiarity with or a desire to learn Kubernetes, Istio, and Terraform.
• Understanding of the full software stack, from user interface to hardware aspects.
• Deep-diving code analysis skills (internal and open-source) for root cause analysis.
• Collaboration with engineering teams to improve reliability and scale.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort with fixing bugs, contributing upstream, and building tools.
