Full-Time Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Join Ledger's SRE team. We are looking for a talented Senior Site Reliability Engineer to drive technology transformation at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to DevOps/SRE culture and modern infrastructure practices.
• Build the SRE team roadmap, anticipating stakeholder needs and emerging technologies.
• Integrate platform software components.
• Design and deliver solutions for improved system availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement SRE best practices.
• Automate key SRE metrics (SLOs/SLAs, error budgets).
• Provide expert support to Level 2/Application support teams.
• Conduct incident post-mortems and proactively predict issues using analytics.
• Manage technical debt and promote quality practices.
• Apply chaos engineering principles to predict and prevent outages.
• Drive adoption of self-healing patterns.
• Conduct performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and optimize systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience at scale in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux, Git, Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Ansible).
• Strong knowledge of observability practices (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana/Loki).
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
