Job Details
Tilt is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our systems and services. You will also drive the adoption of AI and automation tools.
- Architect and own cloud infrastructure in AWS.
- Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure-as-code standards using Terraform.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Lead adoption of GitOps tooling such as FluxCD or ArgoCD.
- Proactively detect anomalies and forecast capacity issues using tools like AWS CloudWatch or DataDog.
- Automate incident detection, triage, and remediation workflows.
- Serve as a technical lead in incident management.
- Champion security best practices.
- Mentor other engineers on SRE principles and AI/ML for infrastructure.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- You have deep expertise in AWS environments.
- You have 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- You have experience integrating AI/ML into operational workflows.
- You excel at troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
- You proactively identify system risks and performance bottlenecks.
- You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
