About Our SRE Team: Our SRE group operates on a dual-pronged mission to ensure production excellence. SRE Consulting partners directly with software development teams. SRE Core takes ownership of our foundational services. Together, we are responsible for the uptime, performance, cost, and observability of the entire Invoca platform.

- 4+ years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, Systems Administration, or related Software Engineering role.

- Compliance Knowledge: PCI, SOC2, or ISO27001
- Cloud Computing: AWS or GCP
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and Chef
- Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes
- Operating Systems: Linux (Debian)
- Programming: Ruby or Go
- Configuration Management: Chef
- Databases: MySQL
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, and the ELK Stack
- Event-Driven Systems: Kafka and Consul
