Full-Time Senior Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join our London team.

The 1000heads team is a powerful collective of Social Media enthusiasts committed to delivering high-quality editorial and social engagement for top brands.

You will collaborate with specialists from Insights, Design, and Strategy to execute transformative social-first projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Community Managers and Social Executives.
• Serving as the key client contact for Social Media and Community Management.
• Driving organic social activations and campaign initiatives, from strategy to execution.
• Managing editorial calendars and social creative.
• Collaborating with the creative studio to develop engaging content.
• Developing editorial themes, calendars, and guidelines (global and local).
• Monitoring conversations and fostering community engagement.
• Contributing to monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports to senior stakeholders.
• Contributing to campaign planning and execution.

Requirements include:

• A minimum of five years of experience in social and digital marketing at an agency.
• Experience working in an agency championing social-first communication.
• Proficiency in social media algorithms for optimized content.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Native-level English writing skills.
• A creative eye for both written and visual content.
• Experience working in big collaborative teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in social publishing tools (Sprinklr, Opal, Hootsuite, SproutSocial).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfort with short-form video content creation.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
