Overview As a Senior Software Engineer for Artificial Intelligence, you are responsible for shaping Rithum’s AI and data strategy, bringing strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and a strong collaborative spirit. You go beyond technical development to drive impactful solutions in eCommerce and product data optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact AI initiatives, aligning departmental strategies with Rithum’s business objectives.
- Design scalable, high-performance AI solutions, creating reliable, reusable systems and mentoring team members.
- Address complex problems with advanced judgment and strategic solutions, ensuring robustness.
- Collaborate across teams, adapting communication to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Guide decision-making, driving AI project priorities.
- Ensure delivery of reliable, scalable solutions.
- Lead in setting standards for durable, sustainable systems.
- Apply AI and ML expertise to create high-impact solutions.
- Serve as a recognized expert, promoting knowledge-sharing.
- Mentor and develop other engineers within their subject matter expertise.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Understanding and utilization of software development tools including version control, building processes, debuggers, and test frameworks.

- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experienced collaborator
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, ML, Statistics)
- Experience developing in C#
- Data privacy compliance experience
- Familiarity with industries such as e-commerce, retail
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
