As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the ServiceNow Platform and AI/ML, you will advance our Finance POD capabilities by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. Your expertise will enable transformative solutions, including customer zero implementations and custom AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for finance challenges.
What you get to do:
- Collaborate with senior developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Analyze data by collecting, preprocessing, and preparing datasets to support robust model training and evaluation.
- Implement AI/ML models into scalable, efficient production environments, ensuring seamless integration and reliability (40-50%).
- Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code adhering to software engineering best practices (Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration).
- Partner with product owners to understand requirements and own the end-to-end development process (design, implementation, testing, delivery).
- Contribute to designing and launching new features and products, enhancing the existing product suite.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall technical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years hands-on AI/ML experience, building solutions, and delivering impactful use cases.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication, excellent documentation, aptitude for learning and collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for research, technology, and driving forward AI/ML solutions.
