Full-Time Senior Software Engineer - Artificial Intelligence

• Independently lead high-impact AI initiatives, aligning departmental strategies with Rithum’s business objectives.
• Leverage technical expertise to design scalable, high-performance AI solutions.
• Address complex, ambiguous problems with advanced judgment and strategic solutions.
• Collaborate across teams, adapting communication to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Guide decision-making at departmental and company levels.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, scalable solutions that meet business needs and drive future growth.
• Lead in setting standards, principles, and roadmaps for durable, sustainable systems.
• Apply AI and ML expertise to create high-impact solutions.
• Serve as a recognized expert, promoting knowledge-sharing and advancing AI capabilities.
• Responsible for mentoring and developing other engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

• 3+ years' experience developing in Python
• 3+ years’ experience with AWS services
• 3+ years’ experience with AI technologies (such as PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Proven leadership in high-impact AI projects
• Proficiency in cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Experienced collaborator with cross-functional teams

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, ML, Statistics) preferred
• Experience developing in C#
• Data privacy compliance experience
• Familiarity with industries such as e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital advertising.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
