Senior Software Engineer

Innovate, design, implement, maintain, and evolve CyberArk Products as a Senior Software Engineer. Demonstrate a strong understanding of secure, performant, and scalable code.

1. Design and build secure .NET applications.
2. Adhere to best practices for software development (security reviews, code reviews, unit, integration, and system tests).

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of C#/.NET, web development on .NET, unit testing, test-driven development, MS SQL Server based applications, Windows Services, and IIS.
• Expertise in Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, consistent, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Proficient in developing software on schedule and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Proven track record of helping customers succeed (ideally in an enterprise setting).
• Interest in cutting-edge technology and open-source communities.
• Adaptability, urgency, pragmatism, and high emotional intelligence.
• Strong teamwork skills (transparent communication, productive collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, flexibility, and personal responsibility).

What Sets You Apart?

• 4-6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, or equivalent) or 2-4 years with a Master's/PhD.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (React JS, Angular UI) and legacy UI frameworks (JavaScript, HTML).
• Background in security companies and/or security software development.
• Experience with IT devices and services (load balancers, Certificate Authorities, cloud services).
