Team Overview: The Innovation Team builds, experiments, and launches AI/ML-driven products. They partner with other development teams.
Role Summary: You'll prototype new ideas, run experiments, iterate based on results, and partner to build MVPs. You'll automate internal operations, help graduate prototypes to production, and evaluate AI/ML tools.
Tech Stack: Prototyping uses React, React Native, and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS/Fargate). Flexibility is embraced to explore emerging AI/ML tools.
Skills:
- 4+ years of building products in agile teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for AI/ML and rapid prototyping
- Experience delivering well-tested, maintainable code
- Full-stack or mobile experience preferred; Data/ML experience a plus
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud proficiency
- Comfort with architectural discussions and technical trade-offs
- Experience in highly collaborative, remote-first environments
Bonus Points:
- Experience in early-stage startups or open-source contributions
- GenAI (OpenAI, Llama, Anthropic), or multimodal AI experience
