Full-Time Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at RRS Group, you will act as a technical visionary and leader within our cross-functional team, shaping the architecture and future of our platform.

You will own the design and development of complex, business-critical applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, scalability, and quality. Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and other engineers, you’ll provide thought leadership and mentor team members to achieve technical excellence.

Primary Objectives:

• Technical Leadership – Drive the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-level applications and establish engineering best practices across the team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of at least 9 years in software development, with a significant focus on .NET technologies, architecture, and cloud solutions.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of modern development practices, including microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams.
