Your Impact:

• Design, write, and test high-quality software using practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Code, or SOLID Principles.
• Create resilient, secure, and performant applications serving millions of requests per day.
• Define the best technical solution and infrastructure for new features with architects, focusing on CI/CD.
• Be responsible for delivery quality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Use tech expertise to proactively solve complex issues, considering business needs.
• Contribute to team technical growth by sharing knowledge with peers.
• Make real impact by influencing and guiding engineers in the product engineering department.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Your Expertise:

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer programming in OO/FP languages (preferably JVM: Java or Kotlin).
• Previous experience with Clean code, SOLID principles, and Agile mindset.
• Previous experience with the Spring/SpringBoot ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making based on data.
• Understanding of business requirements.
• Positive and collaborative attitude.
• Growth mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable:

• Previous startup or product company experience.
• Experience with XP practices.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Microservices and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Messaging Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
