Primary Objectives
- Technical Leadership: Drive application architecture, design, and development; establish best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 9+ years proven experience in software development.
- Significant focus on .NET technologies, architecture, and cloud solutions.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems.
- Knowledge of modern development practices (microservices, CI/CD, cloud-native).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders).
- Demonstrated leadership experience, mentoring engineers and influencing teams.
