Full-Time Senior Software Engineer, SDET

Role Description As a Senior Software Test Engineer (SDET), your main responsibilities would revolve around: Test planning, test automation, test execution, analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement at GoTo.

Increase the bandwidth of team’s delivery speed by modernizing and maintaining test automation frameworks and test suites across various cross-functional teams.

Deeply understand our existing system and features.

Become a lead SDET engineer in one of the ITSG teams and actively participate in creating and implementing the testing strategy across teams.

Continuously challenge the "why" and how it serves customers.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant, professional software testing experience and mentoring experience.

Experience in one or more programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

In-depth knowledge of various software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices (regression testing, performance testing, load testing, and security testing).

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools and libraries such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar.
