Full-Time Senior Solution Architect - Airline Ops

IFS Japan is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Aerospace & Defense Application Consultant.

You will be at the forefront of IFS product implementations, working directly with IFS customers and partners on cutting-edge industry solutions in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

You will have the opportunity to work with geographically distributed teams around the globe, providing international exposure through project implementation and commercial execution.

Solution Architect Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall business value delivery of IFS solutions, ensuring customer buy-in.
• Develop practical, well-thought-out solutions for successful implementations/transformations.
• Apply knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase projects.
• Lead IFS solution delivery, maintain clear communication on all aspects with the customer project and management team.
• Minimize risks from complex requirements, working closely with the IFS Project Manager.
• Coordinate and delegate work within the delivery team.
• Ensure consistent IFS experience with partners and system integrators.
• Advise on the successful application of IFS Accelerators.
• Focus on delivering value to the customer.
• Be involved in the successful delivery of additional consulting services (Select, Success, Safeguarding).
• Be familiar with available IFS Accelerators and their application.
• Articulate product direction and potential value to customers.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications
• Experience in global transformation projects
• In-depth industry knowledge in commercial airline operations
