Full-Time Senior SRE

P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $10B and a 20%+ market share in restaking. We prioritize infrastructure research & improvement to maximize APR and enhance security.

Key focus areas:

• Launching new networks (TON, Avail, Monad, etc.)
• Yield products
• Restaking (20+% market share)
• Yield aggregators on stablecoins

Client base: BitGo, Copper, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, SBI, and others.

About the Project: Ensure reliability of data projects within a team encompassing DWH, analytics services, and infrastructure platforms.

Future plans:

• DeFi integrations and insurance protections
• Allow DeFi protocols to build on the platform

Stack: K8s (GKE), GCP, Airflow, Superset, ClickHouse, Kafka, Victoria Metrics, HC Vault, Loki, Istio, ArgoCD, Istio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliability and scalability of complex data platforms
• Assist data team in DevOps (pipelines, monitoring, alerts, secrets)
• Migrate services to modern infrastructure
• Advance technological stack with innovative solutions
• Capacity management, application analysis, performance and security tuning
• Operational support, build automation
• Maintain documentation, build tooling, and create alerts
• Proactive identification of system anomalies

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of SRE experience
• Deep Kubernetes expertise (2+ years)
• Strong ClickHouse and Kafka knowledge
• Experience with data tools (Airflow, Superset, etc.)
• Experience with scalable monitoring (Victoria Metrics, Loki, ELK)
• GitOps automation (ArgoCD)
• Vault expertise
• Scripting language skills
• Fluent English
