- Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements.
- Converting requirements into technical design.
- Mapping decisions with requirements.
- Identifying different solutions.
- Defining guidelines for NFR considerations.
- Writing and reviewing design documents.
- Reviewing architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, and security.
- Developing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Understanding technology integration scenarios.
- Resolving issues during code review.
- Carrying out POCs to validate designs and technologies.
- Total experience: 10+ years.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Expertise in AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML/CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
- In-depth understanding of Data Extensions, Subscriber Lists, and Contact Models.
- Proficiency in working with REST/SOAP APIs for integration and data sync.
- Good understanding of marketing concepts like segmentation and lead nurturing.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control (Git).
- Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud)
