Full-Time Senior Staff Engineer, .NET Fullstack (React)

• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Understanding functional requirements and analysing client’s needs.
• Envisioning solutions, defining technologies, patterns and frameworks.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating and validating WBS and estimated effort.
• Addressing issues promptly and positively.
• Giving constructive feedback and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions during code/design review.
• Carrying out POCs to ensure design/technologies meet requirements.

• 10+ years of total experience.
• Expertise in .NET Core, React, Microservices, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
• Expertise in Microservices design & event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with OOPs, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus).
• Experience with unit testing and maintaining high-quality code.
• Knowledge of best practices in application monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of enterprise application design and deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
