Full-Time Senior Staff Engineer, Salesforce Manufacturing

Requirements:

10+ years of experience

Strong experience in architecture, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Revenue Cloud

Proficient in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration tools (REST, SOAP, etc.).

Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes within Salesforce.

Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions on Salesforce suite of products.

Design & Architect on Data Model, Sharing & Visibility, Security, Using Out-of-Box (OOB) features Vs. Custom Development Vs. 3rd Party (AppExchange) products.

Experience in independently communicating with clients and requirement gathering.

Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments.

Enthusiastic about different areas of work and exploring new technologies.

Clarity of thought and strong communication skills to effectively pitch solutions.

Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.

Mentoring team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.

Empowering team members to be solution providers and enabling a flat environment where everyone's point of view is considered and feedback is encouraged.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities:

Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into technical designs that meet requirements.

Mapping decisions with requirements, translating them to developers.

Identifying solutions, narrowing down the best option for client requirements.

Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation.

Writing and reviewing design documents explaining architecture, framework, and high-level design.

Reviewing architecture and design aspects (extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs), ensuring best practices.

Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.

Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios in projects.

Resolving issues during code/review by systematically analyzing root causes and justifying decisions.

Carrying out Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure suggested design/technologies meet requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
