REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: 10+ years
• Strong ServiceNow Development experience specializing in Service Portal, HRSD, Integrations.
• Hands-on experience in SPM, CSM, Service Portal, and ITSM module.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow in SPM and CSM modules.
• Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests.
• Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
• Work with our ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow (all modules) across all global locations.
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Mentoring team members to meet client needs and hold them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Writing and reviewing high-quality code.
• Thoroughly understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, justifying it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Developing solutions to any issues raised during code/design review and justifying the decisions.
• Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure suggested designs/technologies meet requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
