About the Role: Seeking a results-driven Program Manager for the Security Business Operations team. This role supports security leaders in tracking, aligning, and executing workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- OKR Development and Alignment: Partner with security leaders to define and refine OKRs, ensuring measurability and alignment with strategic goals. Track progress and accountability.
- Workstream Coordination and Strategic Portfolio Management: Collaborate with leaders on workstreams (projects, KTLO activities, epics, deliverables). Align work with OKRs and ServiceNow SPM tools for visibility. Ensure alignment with risk reduction and organizational impact.
- Budget and Resource Planning: Assist in prioritizing investment needs, preparing budget requests, and aligning resource allocations with strategic objectives.
- Process Improvement and Governance: Maintain and enhance frameworks for tracking work, OKR development, and portfolio management, ensuring consistent adoption and decision-making insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve organizational performance. Foster collaboration for aligned priorities and deliverables.

Qualifications:
