The Enablement team helps developers succeed by providing resources and support.
Improving developer efficiency involves identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, creating documentation and self-service solutions, and offering education and coaching.

We seek a Senior Staff Software Engineer to improve the developer experience. Using systems thinking and data-driven analysis, the engineer will identify and implement improvements.
The role involves partnering with Engineering Experience teams, developers, and leadership. Innovation, navigating ambiguity, and developing scalable solutions are essential.
Influencing change, building trust, and connecting with others through storytelling are crucial. The successful candidate fosters a culture of learning, creating safe spaces for developers to grow.
Required skills include expertise with DevOps culture and practices, software development processes, survey design, data analysis, and visualization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Additional skills include program management, various research methodologies, problem-solving, Python, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), database systems, and awareness of learning and teaching techniques.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), 12+ years experience with software development teams, and experience influencing change.
