Full-Time Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

As part of Hyperscaler Program Management Office, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation—driving governance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across a multi-billion-dollar initiative.

What you get to do in this role:

• Program Oversight & Leadership Support: Act as deputy to the Program Owner, providing decision-making support and stepping in as needed.
• Risk Management: Serve as the Program-level Risk Manager, overseeing the identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks across all workstreams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Program Operations & Delivery Support: Assist with program planning, including defining timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide workstream program managers, providing guidance on program management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Strong background in risk management and program governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification (preferred).

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally with migration project experience.
